Trying to make a baseball type of a cap no brim and some where it is not getting done . . Need a few ideal’s as to how to get it done and would like about 5 mm thick walls ( about 1/4 inch ) . . Seen something on TV and thought I can do that on a 3D printer and hitting a wall !

Can you post an image of what you are trying to make, os a model of what you have done so far? As it stands, I really don’t understand what you are describing, at all.
well try an Igloo hollow under it . . but I made one of Styro Foam and got by for a while !
