Printing problems Purple White Oak

recently updated to SU 2019. My models are mostly shades of brown (I design Furniture and Cabinetry), since I’ve updated to the latest version my printed output colors are shades of purple, not good for white oak cabinets. My printer is a Epson wf-4734.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was helping someone with a problem recently, where the print out was showing the average color of the textures, and not the textures themselves. Updating to 2019.2 fixed things.

Can you check in Help/About SketchUp, and see which version of 2019 you are using?

Have you made sure it’s not simply a low ink issue?

Hi Colin
SU 2019.2.222

Ink cartridges are nearly new. other print jobs are fine

Colin,
I’ve printed out the file on another printer and it looks good. So I’m sure it’s my printer, (Epson WF-4734).
I’m wondering what the ICC profile that SU 2019.2 uses, I’d like to match my printers profile with SU.
Thank you
Ray

I’ll see if I can find out who would know that. Meanwhile, could you print to PDF as a workaround, and then use your favorite image editor to give the printer what it needs?

Sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner, I will try the workaround

Thank you

Ray
