My model appears true color in Sketch Up and when I use a snipping tool to print. However, the thumb nails in my scenes are mostly blue and black. If I export a jpg file the same is true, blue and black. Also if I send to Sketch Up Layout it renders as the black and blue. I have had my IT support verify my graphics card is at or above the minimum for sketch up, does anyone know what it is? Is there setting in sketch up?

Generally when we’ve seen what you describe, it’s due to graphics drivers that aren’t up to the job. Have you checked to see that the drivers are up to date?
Unfortunately Intel graphics are well known for creating problems and aren’t recommended although some users manage to find a driver that functions adequately.
