In your first post you mentioned that you upgraded your PC. What exactly did you upgrade? Did I understand right that printouts from your other computer are OK? Is it possible that your printer driver needs updating too?
You say that exporting to PDF and printing that works OK. It makes me think that possibly your current print settings are causing, for instance, printer’s memory to run out, or other similar glitches. Compared to what comes out of a 3D application like SketchUp, a PDF file is sort of pre-processed so the printer has far fewer calculations to perform.
If the printer driver’s settings have a “print as image” or equivalent setting, you could try that as it forces the calculations to be made in your computer and the driver then feeds the printer with rows of pixels ready to print.
