Pop up box when orbiting

H i There, I’m new to this forum and not sure if this is the right place to post a question. I keep getting this pop up box when orbiting or panning around my model. Its very annoying and if anybody knows how to get rid of it I would be very grateful.

That looks like you are hitting the right mouse button.

I understand that box comes when you click the right mouse button but now its happening with the middle button, its a recent development.

Check your mouse settings and make sure the scroll wheel is set to middle button.

yea I tried all that, are you talking about a specific setting within the sketch up preferences or general mouse settings for the laptop. My middle mouse button is effectively acting as my right mouse button. there functions are doubling up.

Mouse Settings for the laptop is where you need to go.

There’s a slight chance this is a hardware issue. Happened to me once.
