Podium Browser not opening up in SketchUp

Its not opening the Podium Browser in Sketchup. It has stopped working
Could anyone advise?

Are you still using SketchUp 2019? What version of Podium are you using? How long ago did it work? What has changed on your computer since it did? Are you using multiple displays?

Its SketchUp 2023 and Podium V26. It was working 1 day ago.

Please update your forum profile. It says you are using 2019.

What changed? Presumably you have purchased a license for Podium 2.6 and Podium Browser? Have you contacted Customer Support for SU Podium products?

Hi, I just updated to SKP 2023 and now SU Podium not working for me. It worked fine on the same MAcBook M2 in SKP2021. I downloaded the SU Podium rbz file and it via the extensions manager/installer installed but I get this huge error message when I open SKP.

I always have problems with licencing. Before you remove the old sketchup version of you computer don’t forget to deactivate the SU Plugin. Otherwise you licence will exceed the number of three after a couple of updates. And then you can’t change it back. I had to contact the Podium pepole to reset all the stil running activations.
