Hello, looking for some information on how to set things up so teachers and students in our district can access Sketchup from iPads on Safari. I am a Super Admin in our Google Console and have granted third party access to every web version of Sketchup I can find, and installed the Sketchup for Schools app.
When using the “Sign in with Google” option, users are receiving an “Access blocked: Authorization Error” message. The specific error is Error 400: admin_policy_enforced.
In the API section of the console, I have third party app access configured to “trusted” for our whole parent organization (g.gckschools.com).
Hi @tgates, thanks for the post. If you are sure you already followed all the steps required to deploy the app, I am not sure what might be causing the issue. My guess is that something got fouled up with your permissions as you deployed the app but I’ll have to check with Tori to find out is she has seen that particular error before.
If you want to try something while I wait for Tori to arrive at the office today, you can try redeploying the app to see if that fixes anything. Just make sure that you follow all the steps outlined in the video below:
Hi again @tgates. Just wanted to check in and see if you tried redeploying the app as per my suggestion. If that did not work, can you let me know so I can help you figure out the next steps?
