On Friday 20.3.2020 I wanted to subscribe Sketch up pro. I paid with Mastercard and on my bank they confirmed payment. On Trimble page it was said, that it failed. Amount: 334,28€.
I am sure Trimble received money. I really need SketchUp Pro imidietley, because I have urgent project to do. It is really important in this times.
Please help me find people relevant for payments or anyhow this topic and solve this asap.
I need to urgently activate program on my profile, since I have project due date.
