Subscription Process

Hey everyone, wondering if any of you have had issues subscribing to SketchUp Pro? We’re attempting to get 3 licenses for our business, and we can not make a payment. We’ve been in touch with technical support, sales representatives, and are just getting a run around. This has gone on for a full month, and our trial is about to run out. We’re just trying to give Trimble money, that’s it, and they will not do anything to resolve the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts? Yes, there’s PLENTY of room on the cards we’ve tried.

Where are you based? I would go through a re- seller rather than direct.

Perhaps @colin can investigate from SketchUp’s end?
