I imported a SU model into Layout and the pixels are too noticeable for me to use the page. I am sure this has to be a problem caused by my environment. This is my first project using SketchUp and Layout so at this point I am disappointed. What is causing the problem?
What are your Rendering resolution settings (File menu>Document setup>Paper)?
I always set my Display resolution to Low, even if it looks a bit pixelated on screen, but I set my Output resolution to High, to get good-looking prints from my LayOut-exported PDFs.
I also generally use Vector or Hybrid rendering for my SketchUp views in LayOut.
I have Display and Output resolution set on high. Better than medium or low, but not much improvement in viewing or printing. I am not familiar with the Vector or Hybrid rendering you mentioned.
Anssi,
I replied to your help on the forum a while ago, but I like this email
format better.

I like what Layout is supposed to do, but I evidently need help learning
what to do. This is my initial effort and I am frustrated already.
Any input is appreciated.
