Performance diffrences

Hi there all,

I’m currently trying to work on a file. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 32 gb of ram and a ssd installed. When I run SketchUp and move around the model it is fine. But when I try to edit a component of a group the model becomes very slow. Does anyone know I could fix this ?
