People silhouettes commonly seen in SketchUp renderings

Hi all. I have seen these outlined people (see image below) in many renderings on the SketchUp website and blog. Does anyone know where these come from and whether they are placed within SketchUp, a rendering tool, or Photoshop?

I’m sure some people have created these people cutouts from scratch in Photoshop, but since I’ve seen them so often, I think there may be a common workflow here that someone could identify.

Thank you!

You can find a lot of 2D people in the 3D Warehouse.

I figure at this point he has a direct feed, no mouse or keyboard necessary.
