Pen cursor and endpoint misalignment in latest Sketchup 2023 version

In the picture attached, you can see that the cursor and endpoint are not aligned.
My nerves can’t work around it, and I need some advice on how to fix it please as soon as possible before the new workweek begins.

Try a reboot?

Resetting the axis? no that does not work

How did you get that from “Try a reboot”?

Reboot your computer.

I thought you meant reset the axis. Nevertheless, Restarting the laptop does not work. I installed Sketchup and it came out like this. There were no additional settings

I expect if @Guido wanted you to do anything with the axes he would have used that word in his reply.

What browser are you using?

What model of graphics card? Update the graphics drivers.

Are they not using a desktop version ? from the screenshot.

Profile says SketchUp Free which would be the web version.

If it’s SketchUp Pro the OP needs to fix their forum profile so it’s not giving false information. And update the graphics drivers.

Apologies. It is the pro version.

Thanks for updating yuor profile, then. Please add the model of the graphics card to your profile, too.

And update the graphics drivers from Nvidia.

The drivers are updated.

Graphics Card Info:

Nvidia GeForce MX150
Total memory: 10Gb
Display Memory: 4027 MB
Shared Memory: 6081 MB

In Windows Display settings have set the scaling over 150%

That did not work.

I have tried the various scaling options on both my own laptops screen, as well as my PC monitor at work. Nothing works.

According to Windows or according to Nvidia?

Put that in your forum profile.

looks like this

the scaling issue. but it’s weird that changing the scale of windows didn’t solve it…

I came up with a current solution.

As for my drivers, it is all updated.

I had to do scaling back to 100% on my laptop, and then open Sketchup. I can rescale it back to 125% Recommended scale. but have to repeat the process the next time I open Sketchup.

Also check in your Nvidia Control panel that SketchUp is using your Nvidia graphics

My ultrabook has a MX250 that is a sibling of your graphics card and I don’t have this problem. Cursor lag/mismatch is often seen with CPU-integrated graphics that all Intel CPUs have.
