I got this error, tried several times to load the imagery, the file was never saved before the import, saved in desktop after the failed import, any help?

I can see that $16.80 was paid for that order, but also see that the tiles have not been downloaded. Until the import works you should see that you have an import still due to happen.
A few of our systems have problems this evening. Can’t be sure if add location is affected by that. If the import keeps failing, contact support on this page to tell them what’s happening:
