Add Location Import Failed, and now the whole application consistently fails

I am a regular user of “Add Location” importing high res images from the nearmaps option.
The last time i used it, it failed to import. The payment went through, and shows up on my trimble purchases history and CC statement.
Each time i try to use the application, it reverts to an error message while downloading map tiles.
So now it is stuck in a loop.
Any advice would be appreciated.
