As I wrote, SketchUp hasn’t been able to use Google Earth imagery or terrain for years.
That shouldn’t be included in this file, though, should it?
I’ve deleted a lot of the location snapshots that was unchecked and didn’t know about, but I think cleared up most of the problem, thanks again
Correct, neither geo-location or google earth are not supposed to be in this file. And I deleted both, and the models including the window frame doesn’t lose any of the geometry when navigating, thanks
Might be worth investigating where they came from. Did you create a custom template that includes that stuff downloaded from something you collected from the 3D Warehouse or did it come in with something you recently got from the Warehouse? That stuff could not have been added by you in your SketchUp file.
The only mystery is how all the landscape terrains–about 5 large images slipped into this particular template, and showed when unchecking the box tag for “location snapshot” (as I said, I used these terrains before-but in other templates–could be I accidently imported somehow–not important though and deleted)
The uploaded snapshot includes models from 3D warehouse as mentioned before for sample colors for my main model of the window frame. The window frame is now been placed in the wall.
