Paid SketchUp Pro Annual Subscription Missing

Hello,

I already opened an urgent support case with Trimble:

Case Number: 01610316

I was successfully charged €458.59 for a SketchUp Pro Annual subscription, but the subscription is missing from my account.

My Admin Console is showing several issues:

  • “No Account Owner”

  • permission errors

  • loading problems

  • missing Products & Licenses information

I also never received any invoice or subscription confirmation email related to the annual payment.

This issue is critically impacting my professional work because I need to deliver a client project before Saturday.

I am posting here in case a SketchUp moderator or staff member can help escalate this issue.

If what I was told is correct, I think your order was found under a different email address, and that things are ok now?
