Using Sketchup Pro finding no service at all/ trimble on vacation?

Helo Trimble team,

Bought SketchUP Pro and nothing is working after loading it many times here in Germany.
Am nit reaching anybody at Trimble.
Strange customer relations.
Can Colin please help?
German Dealer told me to contact Trimble after buying Pro there this year (my mistake?).

Have been using trail versions. That is no solution!
Do need help!
Account does not find my bought version 2022 Pro!

The Pro subscription you bought was under an email that ends with, not Signing in with that email address should show your subscription.

I know. I was trying to solve the problem, then was going to edit the posts. Aaron took care of it.
