Order being processed

Is there currently a problem processing orders? I ordered pro last Thursday, webpage said to allow up to 48 hours for processing but I still haven’t received any confirmation or license in my account. This is delaying my work. I have sent email and still havent got a reply.

Hi @mag1, thanks for the post. Sorry to hear that you are having some difficulty getting your license code sent to you. It definitely should have arrived by now. Can you post your support ticket number so I can take it up with our support team? Knowing your support ticket number will help us to find your specific ticket in our system a lot faster and will get you answers a lot faster.
