I have purchased sketchup pro and received a message saying ‘‘This order is currently being processed by one of our team members. This process may take up to 48 hours. ‘’ However, it has been 6 days since I received this e-mail with no avail to access SketchUp. When I sign in to my account it says there are no products yet, and whenever I send an email I get an automated reply saying ‘’ We have received your request and are looking into it. Once the order gets released, we will let you know.’’ It is unprofessional and unacceptable for the SketchUp team to delay my subscription for this long. I have loads of work piling up and need my subscription activation ASAP! need help on how to speed up this process.
Where did you buy sketchup and what payment method did you use?
I bought it on the oficial website and I was able to use it immediately, I pay my subscription with credit card.

What amount did you pay and for which version?
When ordering there is an option to do with whether you are tax exempt or not. If you check that option the order has to be manually processed, and you would have done that right before a long holiday weekend.
Either way, you should contact customer service and ask for an update on your order:

You overpaid for the pro version, it’s just $350, the price you paid is closer to the studio version that includes Vray, Revit importer and scan essentials.
