Buy Sketchup Pro 2018 but get notthing

I have already buy the Sketchup Pro license from online store on last 2 days ago but do not get any receipt and no serial number or authorization code send to my email.
Transaction amount US$695 was charged on my credit card.
I have tried to contact Sketchup team via submit case on the website many time from the day that I purchase till now but no respond.

What should I do?

check your spam folder especially if using a freemail account.

Did you have bought directly by Trimble or a reseller?

If Trimble you can contact them here?

I have bought directly from Trimble and also open ticket to them for 2 days but no such people respond me just autoreply that SketchUp Support Request Received
