New subscription

Hello, I bought a Pro license but I did not receive anything for the license number and the authorization code.

I sent an email with the bill paid but I have no feedback.

What should I do?

Check your spam folder for trimble messages.
You should not receive any serial, btw, if you bought a subscription.

If you have bought it through a reseller, there might be a delay.

For now, you could just install it and go into trial mode
