I just purchased the Sketchup subscription, but never received the license email. When I login, it does not show that I purchased anything, so I’m guessing I might have typed my email incorrectly. I submitted a form to customer service, but is there a contact number I can call? The money already came out of my account, so I know the transaction went through.
If you bought a subscription, you have to make sure it is also assigned to you ( or the emailadres that you want it to use)
Go to the Account Management Portal and select the right Plans and Member section on the left. There, under Members, you can add (or revoke) the emailadres!
