License paid for but not received

Payment to you cleared my account on Jan 12th but I have not yet received my license.
I can find no screen for a chat to get this resolved; no phone number; nothing that offers billing or licensing help from either Trimble or sketchup.

When you purchase your subscription license there is no license/serial number sent. You sign into SketchUp using the e-mail address and password you set up for your Trimble account.

Trimble owns SketchUp and to buy the license i guess you have to have an account with that company so log in wit that e-mail that you bought it with and log in to sketchup

Note that you bought SketchUp Shop, and that is the web version. You would use it by signing into this page:

https://app.sketchup.com/

Trying to sign in with the desktop version will have stopped working when your 30 day trial ended. If you intended to pay for the desktop version, this article will show you how to upgrade from Shop to Pro:
