Yesterday i bought a sketchup pro license, today i received the confirmation of the payment and the order confirmation but no license info, a friend told me he received it right away with the payment and order confirmations. I dont know what to do because i dowloaded the program and logged in and nothing here it is a picture of my trimble account and it seems active PLEASE HELP
It appears you purchased the subscription so there’ll be no license in an e-mail. You just need to sign in. Click on the little head icon in the top right (partially visible in your screenshot) and sign into your Trimble Connect account.

Your friend probably bought a different license (classic)
Like @DaveR said, you won’t be needing license info with a subscription, just your Trimble ID.
