Hoping someone can help me with this issue! I’m using Sketchup Web, and the banners that say ‘on face’ or ‘on line’ sometimes won’t go away (see attached photos for what I’m talking about). Sometimes I have to exit my browser and re-start the website for it to go away.
Any ideas? It seems like a bug.

Yes. This has been reported. Hopefully it’ll get fixed soon. In the meantime, it’ll generally go away if you get another tool like Select.

The help tip that is hanging around will go away if you use any other tool that involves inferencing. No need to even reload the web page.
