Objects from AutoCAD visibility states showing up uxexpectedly

Hello to all:

My company is importng AutoCAD blocks into SketchUp for rendering purposes, and something peculiar is happening. These blocks have multiple visibility states, and specific geometry from inactive visibility states is persistently showing up in SketchUp. Anyone here ever seen this before? The little triangles in the attached image are only supposed to show up once, not all five at once. There is a lot more geometry in each state. These are conveyor beds, and there is geometry for five widths in each block…but ONLY the triangular-shaped 3dFaces from AutoCAD are causing this problem.

Share the .skp file so we can see exactly what you’ve got.

Your profile says you are using “Free Plan” 2022. Does that mean you are using a cracked version of SketchUp?

I myself am NOT the one using SketchUp. I am supplying the AutoCAD blocks and was asked to investigate. I had to select "some version’ when I created the account I needed to post here.

I’m the user testing this and I have a full Studio license.

Fine. Please share the .skp file so we can see what you are working with.

If you can share an AutoCAD file, there are users here who can examine it to see if they can identify the problem. It seems to me unlikely that we can do more than guess with only a word description and the skp file.
