No Faces When Importing Site Map

Hi,
So I made sure that all my lines in the dwg file were at 0 elevation in the Z coordinate, but a face won’t generate completely when I import the file into sketchup. I explode the imported file and then do a regular rectangle over the whole site, but only a few areas generate a face. Can anyone help me with this?

It usually helps to convert any curves in the dwg to polylines.

Trouble importing .dxf into sketchup

SketchUp automatically creates a Face when Edges meet certain conditions. Use an extension to generate faces. Simple shapes may work by drawing rectangle around it but more complex shapes won’t. Of course make sure to do everything in Geo’s post before running extension.
