unfortunately it is not possible to reach costumer support for me.
I have sent a support request a more than a month ago, which has not been answered.

I cant find an support / info mail. I just tried to use the contact-support-form and it did not work.
I want to refund my sketchup pro, because I found a discount key for 25%.
Now I got billed twice. Its very frustrating because I tried to fill out the form and it doesnt work right now.
