I bought a sketchup, Bought twice due to sketchup system error. I bought it 2 times and I would like to refund it. I want a full refund. And I want to buy it for the $233 event that’s going on right now. please process a refund.

You are allowed to ask for a refund without giving a reason, for the 14 days after the purchase. You could still give customer support a short version of what happened, ask for a refund on both orders, and say you will repurchase one order using the discount code.
