I’ve sent a refund request through contact customer support and it can’t be sent. So I’ve sent a new one through contact technical support instead. what’s the difference anyway? and will I still got the refund?
Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2021. It’s unlikely you will get a refund for a license for a version you have been using for two years. Nevertheless this is a public forum not SketchUp Customer Service. I expect they will see your request on Monday when they are back at work and deal with it then.
Technical Support and Customer Service both use the same system. If a request comes in on the wrong queue it will be transferred to the right queue.
We do have staff based in Europe. Someone should see your request before the end of your working day on Monday.
