I purchased the SketchUp Pro Monthly Plan, and the payment was debited from my credit card nearly a week ago. However, I still don’t have access to the software. I’ve sent multiple messages to customer service but haven’t received any response. How can I either gain access or request a refund, considering there is no available customer support?
The monthly subscript was not assigned to anyone. Normally it is assigned to the person who paid for the subscription, but there is a checkbox that might have gotten unchecked, leaving the subscription still needing to be assigned.

Under Members, look for yourself in the list. If you’re not already there, add yourself. Once you are in the list you can click the Product Access column to make sure you have access to the product.
My name is in there, but the product is just the free trial. I is not showing Sketchup Pro subscription.
I´ve just did it. Now, it is showing at my product list. Thanks for the help! Now, when I access the SketchUp Pro, it shows SketchUp Pro (EXPIRED). I guess it means that I am no long using the trial version, but the subscribed one.
There was one thing wrong in my instructions. When you get to Members and see that you have access to the expired Pro subscription, click on the three dots at the right end of that line. You can then modify product access and choose the current subscription.
