Pro 2023 License paid for, but not working

Hi, I have an annoying issue. My Pro subscription ended in November of 2023. The day after it ended I was charged for the next year’s subscription. It went through, and shows in my billing history.
The problem is I can’t access the Pro version, only an expired Free trial version shows up in my active product section.
I contacted Sketchup support, they said to sign out, and that would reset the subscription. I’ve signed out and in multiple times, on both laptop and desktop. It’s not worked.
I’ve asked support to do something on their end, but have not heard back. Is there anything more I can try? Thanks for any help.
