Can't access my subscription

I have Sketchup Pro 2022. Purchased in January. Had also began a 30 day free trial, my trial expired and didn’t roll over into my educational 1 year (paid for) subscription. I have tried logging in and out multiple times and different ways…nothing is working! Says account active, but won’t even allow me to open previous files or start new ones. Any advice/help is much appreciated as I have a huge project I am working on for school. Thank you!!
