Bought Sketchup Pro but can't access it on my desktop app

I just bougth sketchup pro, but when I want to access it trough my app on desktop it says I don’t have subscription. When I go to my Trimble account, for some reason I have 4 personal accounts (don’t know what does it mean to have multipple account nor how did I created them), in one of them I have SketchuPro subscription, Monthly plan but when I press tab Memeber I see my name but in Product access it says none?

Please can you help me how to fix this? Thank you

In the account with your monthly plan - select your name, click the three dots, modify product access, and check the box to assign yourself the subscription.
