So, I’ve purchased a Pro subscription, and it shows in my account management, but after installing, opening, and signing in, it still states that my trial will end soon.
What the?! Plus, no way to get any real support, other than forums. Yay…
You may not have your subscription assigned to your self. Try this:
Sign in to myaccount.trimble.com
Make sure you choose the right company/organization. You’ll likely see the company you entered at purchase time or ‘personal account’.
Click the members tab and add yourself as a product user and choose Pro as the product.
