Purchased SketchUp Pro, can't access sketchup pro

Why can’t I access SketchUp Pro. All the UI elements still tell me to “Go Pro”. How do I get access to it?

Did you download and install SketchUp Pro? If not, do that. Download All | SketchUp

Where is this link in the UI ? I don’t see it in the footer or header.

Sign in to your Trimble account with the e-mail address and password you used when you purchased the license and the download links should be presented in the link I provided.

Unless you have managed to get ‘Product Access’ in the Members section, you won’t be able to get to the download link in the UI. Even than it is not that obvious, though.

In the My products section on the left, click on ‘View Included Apps’ in SketchUp Pro, Than on Downloads:

Login Manage your Subscription to SketchUp. In the browser, go to myaccount.trimble.com and log in with the email address you used to purchase the subscription. Choose the account under which it says “Purchased via reseller…” or the company account Members On the left side, click on the 'Members' section.
