Can't access SketchUp Pro - MacOS

Hello, I recently purchased SketchUp Pro and got a confirmation email saying I’m ready to use it, but I don’t see it on my products list. All I can see is “SketchUp Free”, and I don’t see a category where I can remove my user and add myself back for it to show up. Could someone help me?

Are you logging in to the license manager using the same email as you used when you purchased the subscription? That is a common problem. Not meaning to insult you, but have you downloaded and installed SketchUp yet? I don’t know for sure, but perhaps the product won’t show until you have installed it. Beyond that, I think someone from customer support (@colin?) will need to look into this.

I’ve installed SketchUp and after signing in SketchUp with my Trimble account, it still says to choose a plan to upgrade to or add a license. And yes, I am using the same email as the email I purchased the subscription with. And I didn’t get a license with a purchase, it just said that it would be available for me to use and I’m guessing they meant it would appear in the products category.

The subscription doesn’t have any license document to send you, you simply sign in with the email that was used to create the subscription. We mortals don’t have access to the backend licensing system, so customer support will need to resolve this one.

Away from desk so I can list the steps but you probably need to go to your account on Trimble and assign the Pro to your email.

You have a gmail address and a nycstudents.net address. Creation Engine have set up your EDU subscription under the nycstudents.net address. Make sure you are signing in with that one, and not your gmail address.

Yeah, I created it with the nycstudents.net address, I have SketchUp now and it works. Thank you guys for the help!
