I can not access my pro account and your contact page is not working

I can not access my Sketchup Pro account. The application keeps saying that my free version is expired and that I need to purchase a pro version. I purchased my pro version a month and a half ago and have the receipt. I also have checked that I am using the right login, which I am. When trying to send a request in through the contact us page it wont send when clicking submit.

Check in the account management portal that your SketchUp Pro license is assigned to the login you use. @colin has superpowers so that he can check if something else is the matter.

I see your subscription, but at the moment it isn’t assigned to anyone. Sign in here:

and in the Members section look for your name, and click the dots to change your access to the product.
