NEW USERS: "No projects were found."

Hi there,

We are currently experiencing a problem on Trimble Connect which is preventing new user accounts from being able to create their first (default) “Project.” Until we resolve the issue, you will not be able to save your SketchUp Free models to the cloud.

While we’re working the problem (we’re doing so diligently right now), you should save your models locally. To do so at any time, choose “Download” from the Folder menu. I’ll update this thread with progress as we work to resolve the issue. Thanks for your patience!

We’ve resolved the issue; if you were previously unable to save models to Trimble Connect you will need to sign out of your account then sign back in again to get things working properly. Once you have done so, you will be able to save models normally again.
