Hi,
I’ve created new tags in a tray but some of them don’t appear in the entity info. I have built a wall, made it into a group and when I select entity info I cannot assign it to the tag I want as it is not available.
Does anyone know why this may be the case?

Any chance you have created Tag Folders and it is they that are not appearing.
Ah I see. Yes they are empty folders so this must be why. Other folders were appearing which is why I didn’t think this was the issue however these other folders were not empty. Thanks!
In the Tag tray you have the option to create a tag or a tag folder. Tag folders do not appear in entity info, only Tags show there.
