Nested Instances and Solid Inspector 2

The model has one component. Entity Info says it is a solid. Solid Inspector 2 says it has 1 nested instance. Other posts have pointed to components within components being the problem, but the outliner says only one component. I am confused. What am I missing or doing wrong? Any ideas?

Try selecting the part and run Solid inspector again.

Don’t feel bad! I hit that “nested component” snag in SI2 multiple times before I realized what was causing it. :thinking:

I also have 2 Mondays a week sometimes. Oh well…
