I went through the same situation. Here is how the reseller guided me to fix the issue.

How to Associate Your SketchUp Pro 2023 License with a New Trimble Account:

  1. Visit Trimble Website: Open your web browser and go to the official Trimble website.
  2. Deauthorize Devices: Log into your account and navigate to the ‘Manage Devices’ section. Click on ‘Deauthorize All’ to remove all devices currently authorized with your SketchUp Pro license.
  3. Sign Out: After deauthorizing, sign out of your current Trimble account.
  4. Sign In to New Account: Sign in to the Trimble account that you want to use with your SketchUp Pro license.
  5. Link Your License: Within your new account, find the section for license management and enter your SketchUp Pro 2023 license details to link it to this account.
  6. Authorize Your Devices: Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize your devices using the new Trimble account. This will allow you to use SketchUp Pro 2023 on your chosen devices with the new account.
