Need to Cancel Trial But No Help To Do So


I signed up for the trial but this product is way over my head and I don’t have the bandwidth currently to try to figure it out.

I’ve emailed Trimble Support to no avail.

I do NOT want my credit card charged but I don’t see a way to cancel the trial.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

If you are using the trial version there’s been no charge to you. Just stop using it.

I understand that I haven’t been charged, but I don’t want there to be a charge AFTER the trial ends.

You shouldn’t be charged. To make sure, contact Customer Support at so they can help you get it sorted. This is just a forum of other users. We don’t have anything to do with billing.

You can check your plan settings in
There is no billing for free plans.
You will receive some additional emails during the trial period, don’t click on links to buy in them.

However, if you downloaded the ios app via Apple for SketchUp Go (for iPad),the trial of 7 days is automatically converted into a subscription.
One needs to deal with that specific plan via Apple ID settings.

I’ve sent them 3 emails AND a Twitter message since 1/4 to no avail. Hence, reaching out on the forum.
