Hi there,
Can someone from SketchUp please contact me about my billing question? I’ve submitted two forms and called numerous times. I want to resolve this before my trial ends. I’m trying to spend that $$$ on some SketchUp PRO action :slight_smile:

The nature of my issue is that I ordered SketchUp Shop yesterday, but I want to order Sketchup PRO instead, and I can’t find a way to cancel my first order or upgrade for the difference in price. I am eager to resolve this ASAP as my trial ends tomorrow and I want to continue using the desktop version.

Fortunately, you don’t have to cancel Shop and then buy Pro. You can upgrade Shop to Pro and only pay the difference.
