Just subscribed to shop and now would like to upgrade to pro, why do I still have to pay full price and not the difference from what was already paid?
You should be able to just upgrade to the Pro subscription but you should take it up with Customer Support. A public forum “staffed” mainly by other users won’t be able to do anything for you in this line. Send them a message about it.
