Trying to buy PRO version

Trying to buy PRO version. But by mistake I got GO version.

After 3 mails no body give an answer from SketchUp.

The support for new user is horrible. No way to comunicate with nobody. And the phone numbre does not exist.

You should be able to sign in with the same credentials you used to buy Go and purchase Pro. The system should automatically adjust the price for you.

When did you send these e-mails. As I type this it isn’t even 8 am at the SketchUp offices.

You can upgrade within the AMP if you purchased through the web.
