Yeah MS tech did good job what he could his end to get to view correctly. He said it wouldnāt be permanent need the =en link. I re-uploaded that image yesterday so that is my doing. I notice there are lots of other broken image links in my email and visiting other user pages which I canāt do anything about.
My earlier topic was āthink Iām turning Japaneseā¦ā for conversation with other SU mod. and image example at the time of problem. Maybe could send transcript with MS if it would help. TIA
The milking stool I found was last modified in 2021, at least according to the 3D Warehouse. I donāt see a newer version of it under your profile.

Yes. I already saw the other thread an @ateliernab has already linked to it in this thread.
This sounds like an issue on your end. If it was a problem with the 3D Warehouse, everyone would be seeing it.
Not everybody would see if only my contact language from SU was changed to Japanese per MS tech thinking.
Why would SketchUp change the language for you?
Wouldnāt the reverse be true as well if it was on my end all email coming in to me would be in Japanese but its only from SU
Didnāt say that SU would ever go out of their way to help (why arenāt you trying to be more helpful instead of challenging me on every post), MS thinks there might have been a hiccup during Win 11 update
Iām trying to be help. Iām not challrenging you on every post. Iām asking questions to try to get information about what is going on. II guess you donāt really want any help with this so Iāll just leave it alone.

No I just came here to get nothing accomplished wasting my time chatting with you. MS thought there was a glitch, somehow. The only place I get Japanese text email is from SketchUP so looks like is problem with SU.
I guess I wasted my time then, too.

That seems like an odd correlation. Your login to our systems or 3D Warehouse probably states a Japanese preference, so thatās what we send you. We have lots of users that live in one country but do not use that localized version.

If it āprobably states a Japanese preferenceā I formally request you change to back to English or tell me where I can. Itās always been in English, canāt you push a couple keys and verify language. TIA

OK looks good is English. I would not have known without your help. So why do you suppose only emails from SU are in Japanese?
Weāre the only ones smart enough to understand our userās preferences?

I certainly canāt fix the problem my end but maybe sage ateliernab might be close to what problem is at bottom of quote below in coding somewhere?
As I mentioned above I have transcript of chat with MS what they tried to get page to read correctly but said was only temporary. Donāt think it was just by using language button at bottom of email.
Before MS I noticed a lot of broken image links not only my content but others. Iām sure if others were having problems SU would hear about it. I think the ball is in your court to fix though.
