Need Help with Customer Service Contact for Billing Issue

I’m been trying for weeks now to resolve a billing issue which SketchUp charged me twice!
Opened up a case AND replied to their last email on May 22, 2026 and still haven’t heard back yet… is there any way to reach out to a real person for customer service?

Any phone number or real human? Any help???

yeah, trimble isn’t great on the phone part.
