Need help resetting extension activation

I need help reset the extension activation seats for the Eneroth’s Reference Manager. I had to reinstalled fresh copy of Windows and all the programs including SU. I found that I have no available activation left for the extension. I tried uninstall the extension on my notebook to free up a seat but it didn’t work.

Thank you very much. I tried to contact the developer but didn’t get an answer. So I searched it here and realized that the developer can’t help.

I’ll wait for @colin

I made the change that was needed, the license should work now.

I can’t find the email you use in the forum, it doesn’t seem to be associated with any SketchUp products.

Hi Colin,

I think I have the same problem with Scribbler. Can you help with this?

I used the new extension migration tool to move over to SU’25, but I’m stuck on 3/3 activations.

Yes, I could see the problem. I fixed it, you should be ok now.
